Hey,
it seems like your video gallery plugin uses another/different lightbox which conflicts with prettyphoto. You can remove the lightbox feature by editing custom.js - please delete following two lines:

// activates the lightbox page
	my_lightbox("a[rel^='prettyPhoto'], a[rel^='lightbox']",true);

This should fix the popup error message (""image cannot be loaded").

I don't know how to fix the jw player problem because I'm not familiar with the "Cool Video Gallery" plugin. It seems like the lightbox itself is small sized because of inline css (not theme related). The html code of the lightbox looks like:

Maybe ask the author of this plugin for help...

First off - great template, and very well documented! The one or two problems I'm having have to do with figuring out where to change the player so it doesn't crop my videos. I've successfully inserted a .flv file (although I get an error message saying "image cannot be loaded" - then the file loads and plays). However none of the settings for the player, which shows up as "JW Player" change the fact that my 640 x 360 Flash video is getting chopped to a square. When I preview it, it looks fine...when it plays, I get cropping. I'm confused as to where to change the settings to get it to work - I"ve looked in the various .php files, and I'm not comfortable with changing them until I know what I'm doing. My guess is that maybe a .css is over-riding the actual player setting?

The other weird thing has to do with when I click a Portfolio item to go full. There seems to be a double image, so that when I close the display, I have to close it twice. Other than that, the project is moving right along at http://www.bourkemedia.com. Thanks for a great template!
