When I bought the theme, I thought it was an option and not a code change. I am more than willing to learn, but I am not sure where to go. I log into wordpress - go to appearance - editor - and from here, I have no idea what to do. I found this bit of code on a forum div #apply_header_bg{position:fixed;} but I am not sure where to put it.
