Hey Scott,

Glad its working for you now. There was a new version release this week with some minor theme improvements but also a framework update to fix a security issue. So make sure to update to 1.3 while you are working on and updating your site :)

Regards,

Hi Nick,

Thanks it works now. Strange the code does not match the code Google provides.

Hi,

Please try this in place of yours

You were missing 3 fields that the demo had as well as using + instead of spaces in the name, plus an apartment number, which may have confused Google.. Works for me.

Thanks,

Nick

Hi Devin,

I just downloaded the theme on November 2, 2012, so I assume it's the latest version. I am just starting to build the site so it is not live yet. Here is a link to the development site. Please let me know what needs to be done to correct this. Also I am building 2 sites with this theme so I need to make sure it works on both version, I have not purchased the 2nd copy of the theme yet.

Where can I provide the username and password?

Thanks

Hi Scott,

Can we take a look at your site live? Maybe we can spot whats going on.

Also check to see that you are using the most recent version of theme just in case this is part of an old bug that has since been fixed. See: http://www.kriesi.at/support/topic/latest-theme-updates-please-check-if-yourre-using-an-outdated-theme-version

You can download the most recent version of the theme from your Downloads on themeforest and install it the same way you first installed.

Regards,

I am trying to get the Google Map to show up in the Flagship theme using an but it's not working. I imported the dummy data and then go to the Contact page. Under the "Featured media" area there is some code already there. See Below.

So I go to Google Maps and enter my clients address and get the code. See below.

I updated the code in the "Featured media" area and the map does not work. I just see a black box with nothing. Please help me to get the Google Map working correctly for the contact page in Flagship.

Thanks
Scott
