Ah, okay. That explains why. For anyone reading this, in Flashlight the two codes provided above should work. Jeanstorms we'll solve your issue in the other thread.

Thanks for trying Mya - that one did not seem to work though. Any other suggestions? I'd really like to hid the entire title container - the label and the search my goal is to bring the slideshow up on the page. I don't really care about the title and search box on the home page. Thanks for any help you can give.

Hi,
Try adding this to your custom.css or Quick CSS.

body.home h1.post-title {
display: none
}

By the way, love your logo.

Regards,

I'd like to do this too. I want to only hide the page title on the HOME page, but have it display everywhere else in the site. The only way I saw to do this was to build a custom dynamic template, but there were some limitations with that and I prefer to have the home page be editable from the page vs having to edit it through the template.

Have you found a solution to this?

Thanks!!

Hi PeaGreenSolutions,

Can you post the specific pages you want the titles to be removed?

Hi Ismael!

Thanks for the quick reply. I went out of town, just got back.

So yes, that works to remove ALL titles but I need to know what to do to remove titles on just *some* pages. For example, I added the code you suggested to my quickCSS area and it got rid of even the titles on the blogroll page so it's just a series of paragraphs.

Is there any way to specify for certain pages using the QuickCSS...?

Thank you!
Kris

Hi,

You can place this on your custom.css

h1.post-title {
display: none
}

Hello!

So far, so awesome. LOVING the theme. The only real negative I find is not being able to support fullscreen videos as backgrounds... sigh...

But, onto my question! Is it possible to inject something in the QuickCSS area to hide the titles of some PAGES, not posts. Possibly on all pages, since we want to make our own completely custom title which will be an image. I've managed to just not title a page but now I have several "(no title)" pages in my pages list, and a browser bar says 'COMPANY NAME | " with nothing beside it since there's no title at all.

I found this thread http://www.kriesi.at/support/topic/removing-page-titles but it's for a different theme and I can't seem to figure out what to put instead of the numbers. Can you walk me through what I'd be putting in the quickCSS area if my page title is "HOME" or "SERVICES" or "CONTACT" or "ABOUT US"? That would be supremely awesome...

Thanks!
Kris
