Then go to your Appearance>Menus and select the Home navigation link in your menu. Expand the item so that you can see URL, Navigation Label and Description. Edit the Navigation Label to whatever you would like. Essentially I would like to do what you've done in the Broadscope Home page where instead of reading "Home" it reads "Why Choose Broadscope".
