I installed qtranslate plugin for this. I can change titles and content but how can I change the featured image? The featured image has some text so I need to show one image for spanish content and other image for english content.<br /> I can insert the shortcodes to change the image but I don't know what file it is... for pages and for posts.</p> <p>Thanks </p>
