If that doesn't work, disable any active plugin you have installed except woocomerce and try again. I think your best bet is elance or freelancer.com. Since you have a url to a working example it shouldn't be hard to find someone to rip it out and connect it to a view. But you can modify the tab short code and add those items in there manually.
