			<description>&#60;p&#62;W3TC works but you need to manually combine the files (no auto mode). Add jquery, prettyphoto &#38;amp; custom.js (in this order) to the js files and style.css and style1/2/3/4.css to the css files.

You can use cache plugins like W3TC or Super Cache (I prefer W3TC) to minify and combine js files.
