Actually got this one figured out. Modified the wp_link_pages above the <!--end entry-content--> comment to include a div for placement and a span for styling. If I can figure out how to get the styling for a rollover to apply to my active link, I'm golden. Thanks for the help as always.

As far as I can see Kriesi's pagination function can't be used for next page/previous page shortcode. The pagination structure looks like:

<div class='pagination'>
     <span class='current'>1</span>
     <a href='http://www.kriesi.at/themes/avisio/portfolio/portfolio-1-column/page/2/' class='inactive' >2</a>
</div>

Maybe you can adjust the pagination/nextpage output so that it equals the code above.

As soon as I am able, I will get that up. But let me ask...

Does the Kriesi pagination function that is used on the blog post work on Pages?

If it does, what is the code to use it, as I am either doing it incorrectly or correct in my assumption that it doesn't work on Pages?

The nextpage shortcode seems to function as it does everywhere, so viewing the code won't change anything there would it? It's a question to the forum on styling it, since it was something you guys spoke about on here and went through the exercise of reactivating it.

All that being said, I appreciate the efforts you guys put into this little community and understand many things are outside the scope of "support."

Hey,

Unfortunately, without a live site to look at it's very difficult for us to help you.

If you can upload the files to a live server and email the link to support {at} jamesmorrisondesign {dot} com with the subject:

Kriesi | Avisio | Pagination On Pages

and a link to this topic, I'll take a look. Please bear in mind that we ask for URLs to ensure that code we provide is correct for your site.

I was afraid you were going to say that. I'm working locally for development and don't have a link to provide at this point. I could create some pages from the outputted code along with both css documents on an available server, but I would need an email of some type, as it would need to remain private.

I guess that means there is no way to use the kriesi_pagination function on Pages. Let me know if the above option would help or if I need to find some other solution.

Hello All-

Have a few finishing touches on my Avisio Mod that I'm having some issues with. The primary issue concerns pagination of pages, not post. I've viewed a couple of post online and on this forum, to no avail. I saw that the next page function can be reactivated and that works on Pages, but the styling doesn't match the pagination on the blog post pages created by the kriesi_pagination function. The active links get the styling (thin gray border with the scaled down text), but the non-active links are generated as text and take on the styling of the body copy. How can I - 1) use the kriesi_pagination function on Pages of the avisio template OR 2) style the newly activated <–nextpage–> shortcode to match the Post pages. I'd really prefer not to use a plugin if at all possible. Thanks for any feedback you can offer.
