Unfortunately this is not possible with a gallery atm. Probably the only solution in this case is to insert/embed the images into the text content - by going this way you can change the link url for each image (individually) and you can i.e. create image links to your receipts.

I have added them to the gallery, on the front page. I may be wrong as well but not have not seen any way to add images with links form other galleries associated with a specific post to the front page.

To be clearer. I would like to have any image associated with recipe post on the front gallery, and link it back to the recipe so visitors could browse the recipes from the gallery.

Quote - "I think this galley uses the images attached to a single page, and not one from each different product page or portfolio page."

I would like to modify the code to achieve a slightly different user experience. The user should be able to browse recipes form the images via the gallery callout and link directly to the recipe from the image.

Hi,

Are the three images you have come from 3 individual posts or you've added them to the gallery on your homepage? I think this galley uses the images attached to a single page, and not one from each different product page or portfolio page. So it would only link back to itself. Perhaps I am misunderstanding your question.

Thanks,

Nick

The Gallery mode has images on the bottom bar revealed by clicking "hide side bar". When in this mode, I would like either the image to link back to the post or the call out to contain a link to the post, exiting full screen mode and navigating directly to the associated post.

Or a summary of the article in the call out if possible.

In addition how do I enable gallery mode for a single image.

To bit more specific we are implementing Flashlight for a recipe gallery. So I would like the images of the recipes to line back to the recipe post itself.

Thanks for any help or push in the right direction.
