To create them in the main menu you have to drag and drop the menu panels into the menu builder in the dashboard. I was able to do both a couple of weeks ago and now I can't get either function to work (I haven't touched any PHP code). I'm wondering if this is a user issue or was one of the bugs reported before the new update was released. I haven't done the update yet. </p>
