okay so i went to this post:
http://www.kriesi.at/support/topic/theme-supports-only-one-menu

and I can't find /framework/helper_functions/nav_menu.php
I can only find include_framework.php under my appearance > editor thing...

I'm very new to this so it is still really hard to understand: where exactly do I find the theme directory under... I have no clue what the directions below mean: is that on my pc? or on my dashboard?
Newscast > framework > helper_functions > nav_menu.php

Also, this doesn't solve my problem of all my text showing up underneath the menu name.

So I want my menu to look like the one on the example:
1. it has the menu part
2. it has the boxes below it for the categories

Problem:
I have no idea how to do this :(
For some reason all the text from the page shows up under the menu.

This is what mine looks like:
http://mytravelgoal.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/11/Howdoidothis.png

I want it to look like this:
http://mytravelgoal.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/11/Howdoidothis2.png
