The translation file (po file) can be found in the angular/lang folder. Open up default.po with a tool likw poedit and translate all text strings. The default language is English, when I switch it to Turkish, some parts such as theme header, search box text (search site), footer headers remain in English. What I want is, all content should be displayed in Turkish. I have also mo and po files for Turkish, which are originally download from WP Turkey.
