Hi,
1) To get the same effect (Thumbnail + embedded video if the user clicks on the thumbnail) use following configuration:

a) Add a featured image/slide to your slider (you can also use other sliders except the 3D slideshow).
b) Search for the "Apply link to the image?" option and select "Embed Video when image is clicked (Enter the URL to a video file or a service like youtube/vimeo)". Then enter your video url (I'm not sure if self hosted videos from "external" servers are supported or if you need to store them on your local server; youtube, vimeo, etc. are also supported).

2) If you changed the image/slideshow size you also need to regenerate the images with: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/

When I insert a video (mp4) there is no thumbnail image like in the demo, the video is misaligned, and it doesn't handle the onHover state as well as the others do in the accordian.

I added an image on one slide, and without paying attention to the size, it's too tall. I guess I thought it resized the image to fit. No worries, but when I try to adjust its size it doesn't affect the size of the image. I tried deleting the initial image, and it won't delete. (I had to delete slide altogether.)

Here is the link: http://metroindybasketball.com

Otherwise, it's looking sharp.
