Hi,

Lets open up header.php at the root of the theme, and please make sure first to make a backup copy.

Find the closing head tag which looks like

and paste the following block right *before* the closing head tag.

so that the end result would look like what's below in relation to the closing
tag

Since this part I am unable to test, if the above code does nothing, please replace it and try again with the code below:

Thanks,

Nick

Hi,

Sorry about that, but I did warn you to make a backup just in case of a problem. Everything worked fine on my local server after removing that block of code. Lets try this.

Please add the code below to Quick CSS in the backend to mask the code instead.

#top.home .catnav_wrapper{display:none}

Thanks,

Hi,

Yes, I see the issue. If you plan on not using the categories second menu , you can just take it out of the code, I think that would be the easiest rather than using display:none with ie9.

Please make a backup of header.php , located at the root directory of the theme, and remove the following lines: #118 -133

     <?php

			wp_nav_menu( array( 'menu' => 'Second', 'menu_class' => 'catnav', 'echo' => true,
	'fallback_cb' => '', 'before' => '', 'after' => '', 'link_before' => '', 'link_after' => '',
	'depth' => 0, 'context' => 'frontend',  'walker' => new description_walker() ));

			/* pre wp 3
			if(is_object($k_option['custom']['kriesi_menu_cats']))
						$k_option['custom']['kriesi_menu_cats']->display('Menu Manager Categories','show_main_description');
			*/
     ?>

Let us know if this is any better

Thanks,

Ie 7 the spacing is too wide in ie. see the difference in Firefox. The top menu is tight next to the images, in ie there is a wide white area where the second menu should be.

Hi,

What version of IE? I tested in IE7 and only saw the top menu. Just blank areas for the second menu.

Regards,

Hi acleverly,

It looks like you only have the single menu showing when I view the site. So I guess you were able to figure out a solution that worked for you :)

Regards,

I know how to add a first and second menu and have them show, but how do I have just the first menu show. Right now when I have First menu only it is repeating twice.

I actually just want it to run at the top and not have the accordion slider also have a menu
