Hi Angelina,

I was looking at the link attached to your profile so this is the first time I've taken a look at the ihcstudio site.

First, try disabling all of your current active plugins. Specifically, there are three different background image plugins and I think they may be conflicting not only with one another but with the themes output in IE.

There also seems to be some odd styling with the logo/header which may be causing issues as there are specific fixes styled for the logo in IE. First try the plugin issue and see if that helps. If so, you can re-enable them one at a time to see which was causing the issue specifically.

Regards,

Devin

Hi Chattybrain,

I'm not getting a secondary menu at all in Chrome, Firefox or IE on a windows 7 machine so there is definitely an issue with how the menu is set up and being output.

If you could set up temporary admin account for me, I'll log in and take a look at things in the back end and see if I can spot anything that might be causing the issue.

You can send the information to my email at DevinVinson (at) gmail.com. Make sure to include a link to this topic so that my spam filter doesn't grab it :)

Regards,

Hi Chattybrain,

Your second category navigation menu appears empty(no items added to it) when I view the page attached to your profile. Is the first issue at a different site or have you changed the navigation since then perhaps?

Regards,

I solved the second issue about the missing images. Had to do with the changes I made to the post "date" when I was trying to get the 5 posts in the right order. I put those two images at a date that was too early

Hi
two issues just appeared on the newscast themed site I'm building.

1) The second menu is simply not appearing in Safari although it is fine in FF & Chrome

2) I set up my slider to have 5 images and set the featured images in the post. Until yesterday all the image were loading fine, but now the last two are not loading at all. I've tried reloading the images to the posts, removing the categories from the slider and changing slider types, all to no avail.

Any help asap would be really appreciated
Cheers
Angelina
