Hi browserdaily,

If you re-download the file from Themeforest it will be in the folder labled Documentation. When you open that index.html file in a browser that will be the documentation.

Regards,

Hey,
have you tried opening that index.html file with your internet browser? It should really work. If not I'll mail you the contents if you provide me your email address.

As for the "intro" text it's hard to achieve this. Wordpress themes in general are created to preview the content of a post/page you're about to view. This means you'll have to edit the index.php file with the content you want to display. If you don't plan on changing your homepage content it's a possibility.

oops never mind the second part of my last post. I just realised you can do that in Newscast's General Options page.

On that note however, can I have a different "intro" text on my home page, next to the thumbnail, then what is on the actual post page text?

Thanks for the quick reply.
I had indeed found that folder and went through all the files but there is nothing that resembles a manual. The only .html file in my Documentation folder is one called index.html which leads to a page "No data received" . Any ideas? Can you email it to me?

Also... I am trying to set up my hp like the Newscast demo page, that is 3 large articles followed by 4 small ones in the left column but am having a hard time seeing how to do that. Maybe it's in the manual so if we can solve the first part then the second is automatically answered.
The site is http://www.angelinadraper.com
Cheers

Hey,
the themeforest zip file contains the theme files, psd files and a folder called "documentation". In this folder you'll find a html file which is the manual.

Hi... I keep reading about references to a Newscast Manual. I have gone through my downloaded files and cannot seem to find anything that resembles a manual. Can someone please email it to me as this might save me posting some other questions
Thanks
Angelina
