Hi,

You can add this at the very bottom of your style.css

.ui-state-active {
background: orange!important;
}

Regards,

Hey lienhard,

There are probably some conflicting css styles but we'll need to see the tabs in place live to give you some direction or actually provide the css fixes.

Typically, plugin authors are supposed to use very unique prefixes for functions, styles and things like this so that there is no chance of a conflict but it doesn't always work out that way :)

Regards,

I'm noticing a styling conflict w/ Newscast and JQuery tabs using the 'WP UI - Tabs, accordions and more' plugin. The tab foreground color is greyed out, instead of being orange/blue (ui-darkness theme). The tabs are correctly styled when using the Twenty Eleven theme.

Screen shot of tabs using twenty eleven theme:
http://dev1.lienhard.net/wp-content/uploads/2012/11/tabs_twenty_eleven.jpg

Screen shot of tabs using Newscast:
http://dev1.lienhard.net/wp-content/uploads/2012/11/tabs_newscast.jpg

I thought I'd be able to fix this, but everything I've tried so far hasn't worked very well. Any help appreciated.
