Maybe you received a license email after your purchase but this license is not required to uncompress the zip file. Actually the license number is unique and it's just a proof that you own a genuine copy of the theme. You just need to extract the newscast.zip from the zip file you downloaded from themeforest.net. Then go to the wordpress admin panel and go to Themes &gt; Install and select the newscast.zip - afterwards install the theme.
