Hi,

You can do it (a) by editing the theme file loop-portfolio-single.php inside the includes folder and customizing it whichever way you want

or

by adding Custom Meta fields to Page and setting up Your Page as the portfolio item:

Without ajax (individual portfolio page) you can have a different layout for every single portfolio item. Since the portfolio item page itself doesn't have the option of adding a custom template, the way to do it would be to create a Page for every Portfolio Item Page. On the Portfolio Item Page you would only have a title, and the thumbnail image. In the options for the thumbnail image you would have the link point to the Page for that portfolio item.

The ajax single page portfolio (the top part) is described by a function in functions.php from line 33-93 called avia_check_ajax_request

However, before editing the function for ajax, try adding the css below into Quick CSS in Backend, Choices > Theme Options > Styling ... text box at bottom of the page .

#top.page-id-75 div .two_third {
width: 100%;
}
#top.page-id-75 div .one_third {
width: 100%;
}

Thanks,

Nick

Yes, worked perfectly.

Where can i change the same thing when the portfolio item is on the same page? I think what i am referring to is the ajax script when you select the portfolio item and it opens on the same page.

Is there a way to put text below the image on the portfolio detail page?

Also, is it possible to have one portfolio page with one set of offsets and another with different? does that make sense?

Thank you so much.

Hi i am trying to figure out a way to modify the Portfolio Detail Page. I need more room for text. Is there a way to resize the portfolio image smaller so that i can have more room to write text? and or is there a way to put all the metadeta and written text below the image? Any help would be great. Here is an example of what i am looking for: http://themes.damojothemes.com/?theme=zeitgeist_wp
