thanks, i've sorted it now. Didn't have the image width set to 930px so it was automatically stretched

Hi saranganv,

Perhaps your local cache was/is out of date. When viewing the items now, I see them as the same size on both the overview and single pages. Try doing a hard refresh with viewing the page or view the page from another computer.

Regards,

Hi,

I entered the code you suggested on line 19, and used the regenerate thumbnails plugin. I also tried re-uploading the images into the portfolio items and it still hasn't worked.

Do you what's going wrong?

Hi,
You can change the slideshow/image dimensions in functions.php (I'd only adjust the height value). Afterwards regenerate the thumbnails with: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/

Eg if you want to use a fixed height of 300px change following line:

$avia_config['imgSize']['fullsize'] = array('width'=>930, 'height'=>930, 'crop'=>false); // big images for lightbox and portfolio single entries

to:

$avia_config['imgSize']['fullsize'] = array('width'=>930, 'height'=>300, 'crop'=>true); // big images for lightbox and portfolio single entries

Hi, I've added a couple of items to my Portfoliop page (on my site it is called Recipes) and have used the smae image sizes for both items, however they don't appear the same size on the main portfolio page as well as their detialed page, the image is far too large. I want it to be of a similar size to the ones used in the demo theme.
