Hi Liz,

It might be a case of the images being slightly to big in one dimension. The theme has a functions.php file in the main folder which has some lines in it to tell wordpress what file sizes to create when an image gets uploaded.

Go ahead and send me the link to your site so I can take a look at the specific images and we can go from there either changing the code in functions.php or another option to get everything working the same.

You can send the information to my email at DevinVinson (at) gmail.com. Make sure to include a link to this topic so that my spam filter doesn't grab it :)

Regards,

Devin

Hello!

I've uploaded a few pictures to a portfolio, and for some reason the third portfolio image is being cropped shorter than the other images. They are all the same dimensions and I added this image to the slideshow the same way I added the other images, and I can't figure out what's going on. Can you help me? I've tried removing it and re-adding it to the slideshow just in case there was a glitch.

The next thing I did was try to add another picture from the Media Library to a page, and it too ended up cropping too short without my asking it to.

Can you please help me with this?

I'm happy to send the example URLs in a message, I'd just rather not post it here, so let me know where to send it to and I'll send it along. :)

Thanks,
Liz
