I suggest you crop the images on a uniform size canvas before uploading the images to create a more uniform page layout.</p> <p>Or you can edit functions.php and find this code</p> <p><code>$avia_config[&#39;imgSize&#39;][&#39;portfolio&#39;] = array(&#39;width&#39;=&gt;465, &#39;height&#39;=&gt;346); // images for portfolio entries (2,3,4 column)</code></p> <p>Just change the image height and width as you see fit. It correctly grabs the first image in the series, but from there it seems to scale it.
