Jenny,

You should be automatically creating a backup of your store on a daily or weekly basis as part of a normal routine as insurance against unforeseen problems with the hosting company or hackers. There are a number of free plugins from reputable vendors on wordpress.org website to accommodate you.

There *should* not be a problem with the database if you make an update, however if you made modifications to the theme itself without using a child theme, then those modifications will also be lost. Please make sure that you are using the latest version of Wordpress as well.

Thanks,

Nick

Hi Jenny,

I've seen this issue pop up before but I'll need to check with Kriesi and another of the support crew to see what the resolution is for this. Hopefully have an answer for you asap :)

Edit: It looks like this bug is supposed to be fixed in a somewhat recent update. Could you try updating your theme with the most recent version available on Themeforest and see if it is still happening.

Regards,

Devin

I have a problem with my product pages that i cant solve. Please help me!

When I click at any of the products in my store that takes me to the single product, I immediately "jump" down to Related products. Why? The first the customer should see is the headline... so strange!

And, does anybody know how to hide teh bread crumbs at the bottom of the product pages?

Thanks,
Jenny
