Hi revvdapparel,

I checked your site and it really has a white background in the image. What you need to do is to set the background to transparent in AI and save it in png format not jpg, as jpg doesn't support transparency. This link might help. :)

Regards,
Ismael

So I have a logo in AI. I have converted it to jpeg, png, etc. Each time I tried to upload the image as my logo there is a box around it. By that I mean that there is my logo which is just text type of image, and there is a square of either white or black around it.

I was wondering how I would be able to upload an image that ONLY consists of the text and nothing in between the actual letters..

Thanks!
