Hey,
it's possible but you need some css and php coding skills. We'll try to help with individual aspects of this project but we can't give instructions for the overall menu redesign - that's obviously beyond the scope of this support forum :)

I have a client who requires a menu to be driven as in http://www.unicef.org.uk. There is a main menu at the top of the page then below the banner there are three menu tabs, these drive on hover to a submenu with a picture, under which there are a number of sub menu links. Is this possible to achieve using this template if so how. I need to be sure we can achieve this before purchasing.

I have a number of templates from you and am pleased with the results, but this is a major requirement for my client.
