Is there a way to change the blue color of the arrows on the menu as well as on the dots in the content slider?

Hi Dude. You support was great, too! Thank you a lot! ;-)
Have another question:

I would like to change the slug, or permalink, from “home-2″, back to just plain ol’ “home”. I tried changing the slug from the “quick edit” mode. I tried to Edit the Permalink from the Post Page. No luck, it kept reverting back to home-2. I have permanently deleted everything in the Trash folder but “home-2″ still hasn't changed.
Do you have an idea of how I can change it???

Thanx in advance!

Hey,
good to see you've solved the homepage issue. As for the tag cloud are you certain you've added the categories to your posts? Categories won't show unless they're being used by a post.

Hey,

1) Other than the widgets menu in your Dashboard, changing the titles manually in the code is the best option.

2) The spacing between the slideshow and the content can be changed in your style.css in

#top #featured {
    margin-bottom: 40px;
}

The spacing between the content & the footer can be adjusted through

#main {
    float: left;
    padding-bottom: 50px;
    width: 100%;
}

also found in style.css.

Hope this helps :)

Hi there!
Thanks a lot for the quick response!
Still two little questions:

1. I would like to make a sidemenu with different titles.
I have done it manually on this page: http://test.science-communications.ch/konkurrenzanalyse
Is there a way to make that easier?

2. How can I decrease the space between the image and the main text and the space between the main text and the footer?

Sunny greets from Switzerland!

Hey,
1) The contact form is hardcoded. It's not possible to change the style with column shortcodes, etc. You can try to use Contact Form 7 or Formidable but I'm not sure if they allow columns.

2) You can add your links in header.php - search for following code and insert the text before/after it. Maybe some css styling is necessary:

<a href="<?php bloginfo('rss2_url'); ?>">RSS

						<?php
						if($twitter = avia_get_option('avia, twitter')) echo "
Twitter
";
						if($facebook = avia_get_option('avia, facebook')) echo "
Twitter
";
						 ?>

3) To create a mega menu with columns you need to check the "Use as Mega Menu" checkbox option for main menu items (items to the far left which are not sub menu items). All sub menu items of this menu item will create new columns which will be displayed side by side. You can check the option "This column should start a new row" to display menu items underneath each other. Now you need to fill these columns. This can be done by adding sub menu items to the sub menu items. The will be displayed in the column of the sub menu item you attach them too.

4) I think the easiest way is to create a custom link (option field on the left side - Appearance > Menus). As link caption enter the main menu item title and instead of an url/link target enter #. The user can click the link but nothing will happen because the link target is missing.

5) Yes but it's an image so you need to edit it (or better the psd file) with photoshop/gimp. The image is located in wp-content/themes/broadscope/images/skin1/menu_arrow.png (in your case: http://test.science-communications.ch/wp-content/themes/broadscope/images/skin1/menu_arrow.png )

Dear Kriesi

I bought your Broadscope theme and I am super happy with it. Thanks!

I have some questions though:

1. I would like to like two columns in the contact page.
The common way to make columns with the magic wand does not work with the contact form. How can I make this?

2. How can I include the linked worlds "Deutsch | English" in the header next to the Facebook / Twitter icons?

3. I would like to make a custom menu using some of the links as "titles / columns" The same way they are displayed on the megamenu.
How can I make this?

4. Regarding the menus: I do not want the main Page (in which the other pages are subordinated) to be a link. For example, I do not want "Agentur" or "News" to be a page, just the mane of the menu.
See: http://test.science-communications.ch

5. The little blue arrows next to the links at the menus are a little big for my taste. Can I make them smaller?

Thank you a lot in advance for the feedback. ;-)

Greetings from Switzerland!
