Hi Dude,

Thanks for the reply.

I actually just got it working myself using a workaround - to anyone else that might need a similar search facility:

1:/ Install the 'Search Everything' Plugin

2:/ On the 'Edit Product' page, in 'Product Data' => 'Attributes', simply add whatever detail you want to be picked up by the search and Search Everything will then display it!

For example, in 'Attributes' I added "SKU" in 'Attribute Name' and in the 'Value' field I added the product SKU - ran a search for the SKU and up it now pops, whereas before it would say 'No Results Found'. Simple! :-)

Regards,

KS

Hey,
as far as I know WooCommerce doesn't offer such a feature. Maybe Relevanssi allows you to search by sku (you can add custom values, etc.) but I'm not sure if it requires some coding or not. You can also suggest this feature here: https://github.com/woothemes/woocommerce/issues

Hi Guys,

Firstly, thanks very much for an excellent theme.

Now, I have a few questions regarding our sites setup, which I'll post seperately to keep it tidy!

I'll start by asking this, I have configured the search facility every way I can, even installing the excellent 'Search Everything' plugin, but alas I still can't for the life of me discover how to return results if I search for the products SKU value - all searches for this search string return zero results.

We really need this feature, as most of our customers search by the SKU, so it would be great if someone could shed some light!

Thanks in advance.

Regards,

KS
