Hi dat98cbr,

As far as I know this is the only display option for the product pages (as well as the options for the images) as the sidebar is tied into where the quantity and add to cart buttons are.

Regards,

This is a very good question. Did you find a solution?

Surely Kriesi must have a solution for this?

I tired that but it does not appear as it does on other pages. I am trying to maintain a consistent view but the elements I put into the single product page widget appear under the product image to the left, rather tan in a sidebar to the right which is how I have my other pages setup.

Is there any other solution?

In Design-->Widgets you can setup a Sidebar Widget for the "Single Product Pages" to Display the woocommerce Product Categories.

Is there any way I can easily get the sidebar to stay in place when viewing a single product. It's maddening that this appears not to be a setting in the theme options since when viewing a single product the only way back via navigation is to use the header navigation, rather than have the possibility of using category selections in the sidebar.
