Unpack the themeforest zip one time. You'll find avisio.zip in the resulting folder. Unpack it again and upload the avisio folder via ftp to wp-content/themes (filezilla will ask you to confirm the file replacement). I'd suggest to make a backup of your current theme folder though (especially backup the stylesheets). If you've modified several files you can just replace the updated files.
