<p>If I can tack one quick thing on, how can I have a content area, but remove the title of the page at the top? I don't want my Contact page to actually read "contact" at the top. Thanks!

<p>I'm looking for the same thing. I want my specific page to look like this example (<a href="http://www.kriesi.at/themes/flashlight/shortcodes/" rel="nofollow">http://www.kriesi.at/themes/flashlight/shortcodes/</a>) that you guys gave for the demo, but my content area seems to be much smaller. I'm trying to use the shortcode for 1/3, 2/3 columns but my content area isn't nearly as big as the one pictured in the live demo. HELP!
