Hi tessgacreative,

My guess is one of the active plugins is causing a conflict with the slider. There is at least one error in relation to a add on to jetpack on that page right now but it could be any of the active plugins.

You could force the height of the slideshow by adding the following CSS to your Quick CSS (located under the Styling Tab in the theme options) or the custom.css file in the css folder of your theme files:

#top.postid-2435 .content_slider {
height: 428px !important;
}

Which will only effect that page but you wouldn't be able to have images in it or any content of a different size since it will no longer adjust. It will also effect any other content slider you make in that post so keep that in mind as well.

Regards,

Devin

Hi,

The only numbers I see are the years on the plaques in the photos. If you were refering to the 1/4 numbers in the slideshow, they seem proportional to me. Sorry if I am misunderstanding the questions.

Thanks,

Nick

Hi,

I can't seem to catch the white space issue on your website. I checked the site using Safari 5.1 and Google Chrome and it works fine. No white space. Let me tag the rest of the support team to check the site.

Regards,
Ismael

When I create a slideshow, a huge amount of space shows up between the picture and the number. After one rotation this disappears. How do I fix this? This is in Safari.

Thank you!
Tess
