Since the theme is ready for <a href="http://inoplugs.com/wpml">WPML</a> it may be easier to simply purchase the plugin. I've been told more than one website successfully collected money from visitors and more from visitors wanting to help, and if you are ecommerce, just calculate how much not having the plugin is costing you monthly.
