&#60;p&#62;I have figured out the problem. The third part firewall program disables some javascript functions which caused submenu cannot show up. Your theme is full functional.

my IE8 tester doesn't show any malfunctions in your menus, did you solve the issue? Maybe my tester isn't working. Have you tried disabling your plugins and clearing your cache?
