Ah, afraid I didn't explain it very well once again. It seems to have been the contact form stopping anything from working, so I used my own and all is well.

For referance, are you aware that if an image slider is the top of a full width custom template, the theme breaks ever so slightly on any pages it's used on? May well just be my site though. To fix it i'm adding a section of whitepsace to the top of every page. (I actually believe the error occurs if you have text at the top of these pages as well.)

So you want to remove the page title? Add following code to css/custom.css:

.page-id-44 .dynamic_textarea_p h1{
display: none;
}

Ah, sorry, didn't explain it enough.
Here's the contact us page - http://www.identityconsulting.co.uk/Newsite/contact/
And I want everything about the title text to appear like this page - http://www.identityconsulting.co.uk/Newsite/portfolio-item/everything-everywhere/

So basically the image slider appears on the grey block, rather than half on the grey block half on the black block.

Hi,

Here's the page in question - http://www.identityconsulting.co.uk/Newsite/contact/

As you can see if you visit other pages of the site, it looks like the formatting is off.

this is a custom template, made using the template builder, and my old way of fixing that (applying whitepace at the top) makes the sidebar appear at the top, throwing all the alignment completely out of whack.

Any suggestions?
