Hi kathystanford,

I'm not sure what that is in relation to but if you want to create a static home page you can just use the Frontpage Template Builder template to build the overall layout. Then you need to go the page in your wordpress admin Pages>Page name so that you can see the visual editor. In the lower right hand side of the screen there will be an options dropdown where you can select the Template Builder Template you made that when selected here will be used when this page is viewed. Finally, in your theme options, you will select the page name for the Frontpage Settings dropdown so that the theme displays that page when a visitor views the site.

Regards,

Devin

Trying to create a static Home page. I am very new to Wordpress, but I don't know what the above statement means. The statement is in the Choices Page Templates.
