Hi,

Yes, when you don't import new dummy content you're fine. As long as no database information is altered you're in the clear.

I meant to say I would switch to Brightbox - another Kriesis theme - not Lightbox.

So to be clear, if I switch from UpScale to Brightbox and then back to UpScale everything will still look the same, I won't lose anything correct?

Hey,
I don't think this will be the case because Kriesis framework differs from other theme frameworks quite a bit. The main content with images will persist but featured images, shortcodes, etc. won't work with another theme.

I currently have the Upscale theme and was considering trying the Lightbox theme. If I switch my theme to Lightbox will my featured images, mega menus, etc. be preserved and appear in the new theme?

More importantly, when I switch BACK to Upscale will I have to reload all my images or will I have lost anything - custom .css codes, mega menus, etc?

Thanks!
