To elaborate a little bit:</p> <p>Setting a Websites Charset to UTF-7 seems to be a common way for hackers to bypass input validation. Depending on when you have uploaded the theme it might be possible that you are using a version that has a XSS Vulnerability. Use a db management tool like <strong>phpmyadmin</strong>, open your database and search for the "blog_charset" option (without "") in the wp_options table. Click on "Edit" and make sure that it's set to "UTF-8" (without "").</p> <p> If this doesn't help you're probably a victim of a hacker attack and the hacker modified your theme/wordpress files. In both cases update your theme to the latest version - we fixed a serious security issue (XSS vulnerability) in the past. I'd also re-upload all WordPress core files. If it doesn't please try and change it.
