You can use a ftp client software like filezilla to overwrite the updated files only (version.rtf tells you which files were updated). There's no other solution because if you uninstall the theme with wordpress you'll loose all your modified files too. If there is a new version of Sentence it will not announced in my wordpres dashboard (with other themes it works)</p> <p>2.
