Hi Josh,

In your footer.php file find this bit of code:

<?php echo $kriesi_at_backlink; ?>

Just delete it and that will do it. Its inside this block of code as a easy reference:

<!-- ####### SOCKET CONTAINER ####### -->
 <div class='container_wrap socket_color' id='socket'>
 <div class='container'>
 <span class='copyright'>&copy; <?php _e('Copyright','avia_framework'); ?> - <a href='<?php echo home_url('/'); ?>'><?php echo get_bloginfo('name');?></a><?php echo $kriesi_at_backlink; ?></span>

Regards,

Hi!

In this case use ftp - unzip incarnation.zip and upload the resulting folder into the wp-content/themes/ directory.

Regards,
Peter

I have already deleted incarnation out of my FTP. Now that I try to upload it again, it will not upload and gives a server 500 error. I have godaddy as my web host and I cannot seem to upload the incarnation folder to it. I can only get the incarnation zipped file to upload. This is becoming a nightmare and I have no clue what to do at this point. Please help. Thanks.

Please deactivate/delete the theme on your server first, then upload the new version or (probably a better solution) use ftp and navigate to the wp-content/themes/folder. Then rename your incarnation folder incarnation_bak and upload the new/updated theme files into the wp-content/themes/incarnation folder.

I have done what you instructed and now I am getting a different error:
Unpacking the package…

Installing the theme…

Destination folder already exists. D:/Hosting/10639250/html/wp-content/themes/incarnation/

Theme install failed.
I have completely uninstalled but this error message continues to come up. What should I do?

Hi,
Sounds like you just need to first unzip the main package that you downloaded from Themeforest. Inside of that file will be the docs, license, some other files and then the actual theme file in as a zip which you can then upload to wordpress to install the theme. It will be the incarnation.zip file and that one shouldn't give you any issues.

The first time I ever installed this theme two weeks ago it worked perfectly. Last night I was trying to get rid of the "Kriesi Theme" info on the footer of the page and had the stupid idea to mess around with the ediltor (which I now know is terrible). I screwed up a couple things and could not figure out how to get them back to normal so I deleted the theme out of Wordpress and tried to reinstall. WHen I did this it came up missing CSS Style sheet. I looked in the zipped folder and it seems to be there but it still will not upload into Word Press. I even tried downloading the theme again several times from Theme Forest with no luck. Every time ths message appears:

Installing Theme from uploaded file: themeforest-3278228-incarnation-church-and-community-theme (2).zip
Unpacking the package…

Installing the theme…

The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.

Theme install failed.

Please help me with this. I love the template and am in a hurry to finish the website for my church organization. Thanks.
