Hey!

I'm not familiar with qtranslate and I'm not sure about this. I'll mark it for Kriesi - maybe he knows qtranslate or can give you some hints.

Best regards,
Peter

Is there a solution withOUT WPML, too?

I have made many bad experiences in general with WPML (does not support correctly WP as multisite, does not support correctly WP with domainmapping ...) and the support there is not very helpful, so I deleted the plugin from all my sites.

Where can I translate in other way, what Kefas said above?

If you update Corona to the latest version you can use the new framework mode (see http://www.kriesi.at/support/topic/flashlight-wpml-widgets-in-translated-pages#post-56645 for more details). The new frameworks integrates WPML into our themes and you can set up all settings, etc. for each language independently. I can't tell you if qtranslate will work though.

Hi!

I've tried to use a translate plug-in on the Avia fade slider and can't get it to work with short codes. I've tried qTranslate to add translation to the caption on the slider using the short codes [:en]Content and <!--:en-->Content<!--:-->. The first short code does nothing but displaying the short code followed by the content . The second one shows all translations at the same time without showing the short code. On every other plugin or widget in Corona it works just fine, but not on the slider.

Do you know any other translation plug-in that works on the slider?

Or is there a way to "hard code" the different translations of the slider. Where do I do that?
