Hey,
you can find the translation file in abundance/lang folder (default.po). You can translate this file with poedit: http://www.poedit.net/download.php

Abundance contains 246 translatable text strings. WooCommerce even more afaik.

Hi
Our webpage is in Swedish so I wonder if there is a Swedish language plug-in for Swedish for the front.end?
If not, how many words do I need to translate 100, 200 or more?

I have been looking at a JOOMLA theme and got this answer from

-------------
You can find translation for Swedish in the Joomla! Extensions Directory
http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions/languages/translations-for-joomla
This is to have the front-end interface into your desired language/s. As for the content, Joomla! 1.6+ comes with built-in multi-language content management, so again a plus for using Joomla.

--------------
Thanks again
/John
