I wasn't able to reproduce your problem, for me the share option tweets the post title with a link to the post. Maybe you've installed other plugins that are interfering? I'd contact the guys over at <a href="http://www.addtoany.com/">addtoany</a> and ask them if it's possible the script interferes with certain plugins, again - it works fine on a clean installation.
