As for the theme files you must back this up especially if you have done some customizations like in custom.css or functions.php as this will be lost.</p> <p>Updating theme can be done by simply switching your theme to other themes like twentyeleven, then replace the old angular theme with the new theme you have downloaded from themeforest, switch the theme again to angular.
