Unpack the themeforest zip file one time. The resulting folder contains another zip (brightbox.zip) - unpack it again. Now upload the resulting brightbox folder to wp-content/themes. </p> <p>2) If the error persists try to deactivate all plugins - maybe one causes a php conflict. </p> http://www.kriesi.at/support/topic/upload-of-brightbox-theme-plugin-failing#post-22450 Mon, 11 Jul 2011 03:30:54 +0000 Mikie_Oz 22450@http://www.kriesi.at/support/ <p>I have just purchased the Brightbox theme. </p> <p>The Install video on the demo site looked so easy and I was impressed and excited by the theme.</p> <p>I have tried to upload the theme zip file to my WordPress site via both the Appearance &gt; Themes &gt; "Install a theme in .zip format" and in Plugins via the "Install a plugin in .zip format" and it starts sending the request to my site but after a few minutes a WP failure notice (white page) loads with the following text: "Are you sure you want to do this?" and then a link below "Please try again"</p> <p>I have tried several times with the same result. What can I do to install the theme? </p>
