Hi
I know it's been a while, but the new TablePress plugin resolved this issue.

Thanks

Hopefully its just a local issue that gets ironed out on its own. If you find some more details, let us know and we'll see if we can help resolve it.

Hi Devin,

I'll do that and see what may be causing this. I know it's not PC or monitor related because it happens on my laptop and my home PC, both have different monitors.

Thanks for all of your help and patience.

Hey Lyse,

I'm not gettin the issue at all but it could just be the speed at which my page loads in. I'm not sure why you are needed to reload the page to get the table to render properly as it *should* be doing so once the css is loaded into the page as Nick and I are seeing it.

I would say test it on some other machines/internet connections and see if you can narrow down an exact way to reproduce what you are seeing.

Regards,

Hi Nick,

You're absolutely right. That's exactly what happens. I do set the width of the table though in my CSS custom file and I see the data in the table even though the lines are distorted. It seems to remain distorted until I reload. Is there any thing I can change to make this go away?

Thanks,
Lyse

Hi,

I looked in IE, Firefox and Chrome, and the only thing I saw was in Chrome for a split second the borders of the table are thick but as the page loads it collapses into a proper table. If you were referring to this , My guess would be that the table doesn't have a set width before the data is loaded, so during that moment it looks distorted since there is no data to give it a 'backbone' so to speak.

Thanks,

Nick

Hi,

I have a bit of a unique display issue. I use WP Table Reloaded plugin to create data tables. I have customized the CSS for displaying my tables. However, when the page load, I see the border of the tables distorted. When I reload the page, the lines get straightened out. I tried so many different way to correct this through CSS but can't find what causes it. Can you help me with this issue?

Thanks,
Lyse
