The lightbox supports swf, .mov, vimeo and youtube. The mainpage slider can display .flv too.

Is there a list of the file types that the lightbox supports? Im trying to get my self hosted videos to show in the portfolio area but when I try to upload f4v files I get a wordpress security message, flv files give a not found error despite setting the width/height parameters, and mov files are too big to upload.
Am I missing something simple?
regards
Les
