This hides the horizontal scroll bar when the window is smaller than 980px. This rule is conflicting with the jQuery UI resizable plugin, so I have to remove it. Can you please explain why is this rule applied? I want to make sure this will not bring any unexpected layout issues.</p> <p>Thank you </p>
