You can use the "woocommerce_product_tabs" action: <a href="http://www.woothemes.com/woocommerce-codex/extending-woocommerce/action-reference/" rel="nofollow">http://www.woothemes.com/woocommerce-codex/extending-woocommerce/action-reference/</a><br /> to add a custom tab to the products panel.
