Hi Devin,

thank you so much, this was (almost) the right solution.
Single Product view is now showing everything correctly on Firefox, Safari, Opera and Chrome, however NOT in Internet Explorer.

What would be the correct command above for Internet Explorer instead of Firefox?

Thanks and regards
Armin

Hi Armin,

The file you get from Themeforest is the main zip that holds the theme, the documentation, license and other files. You first need to unzip this file and then inside of it will be the flashlight.zip that you can use to upload to wordpress.

We can't include version names in the theme file name or else it will re-set all your theme options completely each time you upload an update. The version number is always in the style.css inside the theme files which is then read by wordpress and gets displayed in the theme read out.

I don't know why the errors are happening only in firefox but you can also try adding the following CSS to your Quick CSS (located under the Styling Tab in the theme options) or the custom.css file in the css folder of your theme files:

#top.Firefox.single-product .post-title.big_title {
 text-align: center;
}
#top.Firefox.single-product .sub_menu {
 display: inline-block;
}

Regards,

wow:

just found out, that page looks on opera, chrome and safari perfect!!!!

only firefox is showing still a displaced template in product details...

any idea what reason can effect this firefox issue?

hi devin,

upload of update failed... this message i´ve got after trying to upload update:

The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.
Theme install failed.

by the way: it would be really helpful, if there would be a hint, which version a file contents... both fole names are the same, I can´t see which one is the latest...

thanks and regards

Hi Armin,

There is an update for the theme available on themeforest. You can download it and then upload the theme files in the same way you first installed it.

For the tabs, you can fix the overflow with:

#top.single-product .entry-content {
width: auto;
}

It was added in an update previously but doesn't seem to be in your files.

You can remove the sub menu with:

#top.woocommerce-page .sub_menu #menu-main-menu {
display: none;
}

hi dude,

done, but still the same problem.

I made meanwhile some adjustments in style.css (e.g. increased width from 480 to 960px) have a look:

https://l3s4144.zeus04.de/wordpress351/?product=baptista-mansion#

it still doesn´t look nice, but if you could let me know, how to delete permanently the top menu (in blue), I hope and assume, that the whole rest of the container-box will move a little bit more to central/left side.

thank you very much in advance for you appreciated help.

kind regards

Hi,
I tried all possible combinations on my test server (no sidebar, right sidebar, etc.) but I can't reproduce the issue. Please try following:

1) Re-install the theme. Make sure that the config-woocommerce folder contains the updated files.
2) Deactivate all third party plugins except woocmmerce - maybe one causes the issue.

Hi All,

bought Flashlight (2.0) with WooCommerce (1.6.6) on WordPress (3.4), and have following problem with WooCommerce:

The whole product detail page looks completely displaced, images are shown only partly, text as well, everything is moved much too far to the right. What is wrong?

I assume 2 reasons:
> non sufficient width (in that case: where can I change width in which line? style.css? What would be a sufficient width?) or
> wrong image sizes (I use images with a ratio of 60:80).

Any help apprecieated, I am desperate...

Thanks an regards
